Terms of Service
The terms for using our websites and the AlwaysCRM application, including connected services such as Google Calendar.
Last updated 7 October 2026
About these terms
These terms cover the websites always49.co.uk and the AlwaysCRM website, and the AlwaysCRM application (including client portals, booking pages and other sites hosted on it). They are provided by Always Forty Nine Ltd (“Always49”, “we”, “us”), Emet Lane, Emersons Green, Bristol BS16 7BX, United Kingdom.
By using the websites or AlwaysCRM you agree to these terms. If you use AlwaysCRM for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that organisation. If your organisation has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.
Using the websites
You may browse the websites and send us an enquiry. Please do not:
- Break, probe, or try to get into any part of the websites or their systems.
- Copy the websites in bulk, scrape them, or use them to send spam.
- Upload or send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
Sending a form, email or message does not hire us and does not create a contract. Project work, fees and timelines start only when we both agree them in writing.
AlwaysCRM accounts
- AlwaysCRM is for business use. You must be 18 or over to have an account.
- Keep your login details secret and turn on two-factor authentication where you can. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your organisation’s administrators decide who has access and what each user can see and do. They are responsible for removing access when someone leaves.
- Tell us straight away at hello@always49.co.uk if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Your data in AlwaysCRM
- Information your organisation puts into AlwaysCRM belongs to your organisation. We only use it to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your organisation is responsible for having the right to store the people and companies it adds, and for following the law when contacting them. This includes getting consent before sending marketing emails where the law requires it.
- You can ask us for a copy of your organisation’s data at any time.
Acceptable use of AlwaysCRM
You must not use AlwaysCRM to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful;
- store or share content you do not have the right to use;
- try to get around security, access another organisation’s data, or test the service for weaknesses without our written permission;
- overload the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
Google Calendar and other connected services
AlwaysCRM can connect to other services, such as Google Calendar, Stripe, FreeAgent, Facebook, LinkedIn and AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude. Connecting them is optional. When you connect one, that service’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of it.
Google Calendar
- When you connect Google Calendar, you let AlwaysCRM see your calendars and events and add or change events for bookings assigned to you. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we access and why.
- We use Google user data only to provide the calendar features you can see in AlwaysCRM. Our use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Google Calendar, or remove our access in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We are not responsible for connected services being unavailable, or for changes their providers make that affect how they work with AlwaysCRM.
AI features
Content made by AI writing features or AI assistants can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you publish or rely on it. AI assistants you connect act with your own permissions, so they can only see and change what you can.
Fees and billing
Paid plans and services are charged as shown when you order them or as agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. If a payment is overdue, we will contact you before limiting access to the service.
Suspending or closing an account
Your organisation can stop using AlwaysCRM at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are seriously broken, if payment is not made, or to protect the service or other users. Where we can, we will warn you first. When an account closes, we delete or anonymise its data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it. Ask us before closing if you want a copy.
Intellectual property
The Always49 and AlwaysCRM names, logos, software, website design and our own writing stay ours. You keep ownership of materials and data you send us or put into AlwaysCRM. We will not publish your project as a case study unless you agree.
Information on the websites
Case studies, blog posts and service descriptions are general information. They are not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. We try to keep them accurate and may change or remove them at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the websites and AlwaysCRM available and secure, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may pause them for maintenance or to protect them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that UK law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business, lost data or other indirect loss. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, our total liability to an organisation in any 12 months is limited to the fees it paid us for AlwaysCRM in that period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. If a change matters, we will tell AlwaysCRM users in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the websites or AlwaysCRM after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute about them.
